Luminoa Labs (Ryuichirou Shimono) (hereinafter referred to as "the Developer") establishes this Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") regarding the handling of user information in smartphone applications provided by the Developer (hereinafter referred to as "the App").
The Developer complies with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information of Japan and other applicable data protection laws and regulations.
The Developer does not independently collect personal information such as the user's name, address, phone number, email address, or credit card information through the App unless otherwise stated.
However, depending on the features of each App, third-party services described below may automatically collect certain information necessary to provide their services.
Not all third-party services listed in this Policy are used in every App.
Some free Apps provided by the Developer use Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK), an advertising service provided by Google LLC.
When AdMob is used, Google may collect or process information such as:
IP address and approximate location derived from the IP address
Device identifiers, including advertising identifiers where applicable
Advertising data, such as information about ads displayed to the user
App interaction and usage information
Diagnostic information, such as crash logs
App performance information
This information may be used for purposes such as displaying and measuring advertisements, preventing fraud and abuse, analytics, and improving advertising services.
The information collected and its use may vary depending on the user's device settings, region, consent status, and the configuration of the App.

For information about which advertising-related provisions apply to a particular App, please refer to the “App-specific Notes” section below.
Where required by applicable laws and regulations, including in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, the App may display a consent message regarding the collection and use of information for advertising.
Users may be given choices regarding personalized advertising and related data processing in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and the settings provided by the advertising service.
Where Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework applies, the App will request the user's permission before performing tracking that requires authorization under Apple's policies.
Some Apps may offer paid content or features through Apple's in-app purchase system.
Payments are processed by Apple. The Developer does not directly obtain or store users' credit card information or other payment information used by Apple to process purchases.
The Developer uses external services such as Google Forms and email to respond to user inquiries.

These third-party services may process information in accordance with their respective privacy policies and terms.

The Developer will not independently provide personal information obtained directly from users to third parties without the user's consent, except where required by law or where necessary to provide services described in this Policy.
Information processed directly by third-party services such as advertising providers is handled in accordance with the privacy policies and terms of those service providers.
If you wish to request the deletion of information provided directly to the Developer through an inquiry, or if you have any questions regarding this Policy, please contact us through the inquiry form or email address.
The Developer will respond within a reasonable scope and period.
Please note that information processed independently by third-party service providers may be subject to the privacy and deletion procedures of those providers.
The App or the Developer's website may contain links to external websites or services.
The handling of information on external services is governed by the privacy policies and terms of the respective service providers.
The Developer may revise this Policy as necessary due to changes in laws, regulations, App features, or third-party services.

LoanCalc
As of version 3.0, this App contains no advertising SDKs or third-party SDKs of any kind and does not communicate over the network.
The loan conditions entered by users and their saved calculation history are stored only on their devices and are never transmitted to the Developer or any third party.
Accordingly, the provisions of this Policy concerning Google AdMob, advertising identifiers, and Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework do not apply to LoanCalc.

Luminoa Labs（Ryuichirou Shimono）（以下「当方」といいます。）は、当方が提供するスマートフォン向けアプリケーション（以下「本アプリ」といいます。）における利用者情報の取扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」といいます。）を定めます。
当方は、日本の個人情報保護法その他適用されるデータ保護に関する法令を遵守します。
当方は、別途明示する場合を除き、本アプリを通じて利用者の氏名、住所、電話番号、メールアドレス、クレジットカード情報等の個人情報を独自に取得することはありません。
ただし、各アプリで利用する機能に応じて、以下に記載する第三者サービスが、そのサービスの提供に必要な情報を自動的に取得する場合があります。
本ポリシーに記載されたすべての第三者サービスが、すべてのアプリで使用されるわけではありません。
当方が提供する一部の無料アプリでは、Google LLCが提供する広告配信サービス「Google AdMob（Google Mobile Ads SDK）」を利用します。

これらの情報は、広告の表示・効果測定、不正利用の防止、分析、広告サービスの改善等の目的で利用される場合があります。
取得される情報およびその利用方法は、利用者の端末設定、地域、同意状況および本アプリの設定等によって異なる場合があります。

各アプリに適用される広告関連の規定については、下記の「アプリ別の補足」をご確認ください。
欧州経済領域（EEA）、英国、スイスなど、適用される法令等により必要となる地域では、広告に関連する情報の取得・利用について同意画面を表示する場合があります。
利用者は、適用される法令および広告サービスが提供する設定等に基づき、パーソナライズ広告や関連するデータ処理について選択できる場合があります。
また、AppleのApp Tracking Transparency（ATT）の対象となるトラッキングを行う場合には、Appleの規定に従い、必要な許可を取得した上で実施します。
一部のアプリでは、Appleのアプリ内課金システムを利用して有料コンテンツや機能を提供する場合があります。
決済処理はAppleによって行われ、当方が利用者のクレジットカード情報その他Appleが決済処理に使用する支払情報を直接取得または保存することはありません。

ローン返済シミュレーター（LoanCalc）
バージョン3.0以降、本アプリは広告SDKを含む一切の第三者SDKを使用しておらず、ネットワーク通信を行いません。
利用者が入力したローンの条件および保存した計算履歴は、利用者の端末内にのみ保存され、当方またはいかなる第三者にも送信されません。
したがって、本ポリシーのうちGoogle AdMob、広告識別子、およびAppleのApp Tracking Transparency（ATT）に関する規定は、本アプリには適用されません。
